NKUA is a research hub on the conception of innovative added-value uses of digital media in schools and their infusion in real school settings with emphasis on teacher support. The Pedagogical Department of the NKUA contributes to educational policy for the establishment of innovations in the educational system and it is in in close collaboration with the so-called Experimental Schools that have been formally established by the Ministry of Educational Affairs to operate in Greece with the aim to promote the implementation of pedagogical innovations and facilitate pedagogical research.
DESCI role: NKUA will be responsible for developing a Comparative analysis of European upper secondary schools and alternating training systems: involved in the national pilots and Open campus events and responsible for the dissemination activities.
